We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Parts Salesperson/Interpreter to join our Volkswagen team in Doncaster.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading automotive group, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the sales and service of parts and accessories.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with customers to assist with parts and accessories enquiries
- Utilize the Manufacturer's Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) to determine required parts
- Locate and source parts using the online Manufacturer's portal
- Process quotes and orders for customers through the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-level standard of customer service
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Excellent reliability and honesty with a good attendance record
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to operate under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- High level of attention to detail and quality
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Experience in the Volkswagen, Audi, or other European franchises is highly regarded
