Job Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-focused individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers across the trade counter, over the phone, and via email.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding customer service experience to customers and stakeholders alike.
- Sales Administration: Process customer sales at the trade counter, on the phones, and via email, including picking sales orders in a showroom/warehouse environment.
- Stock Management: Manage stock transfers, stock counts, and supplier returns.
- Product Knowledge: Continually grow your product knowledge through on-the-job learning.
Requirements
- Customer Service Skills: Enjoy working in a customer service environment and dealing directly with customers.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to build strong relationships and establish rapport easily with new people.
- Physical Abilities: Be hands-on and capable of performing in a warehouse-based showroom.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Enjoy solving unique problems on a regular basis.
- Citizenship: Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident.
