We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team at our Doncaster location.

About the Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers across the trade counter, over the phone, and via email. Your primary role will be to process customer sales, including picking sales orders in a showroom/warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to customers and stakeholders alike
  • Process customer sales at the trade counter, on the phones, and via email
  • Perform sales administration duties, including processing sales orders, stock transfers, stock counts, and supplier returns
  • Continually grow your product knowledge through on-the-job learning

About You

  • You enjoy working in a customer service environment and dealing directly with customers
  • You have excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude, which helps you build strong relationships and establish rapport easily with new people
  • You're hands-on and capable of performing in a warehouse-based showroom
  • You enjoy solving unique problems on a regular basis
