About the Role

We are seeking a Project Team Lead to support Environmental Sustainability and City Resilience through strategic advice, advocacy, and partnership management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of environmental sustainability and resilience-related policies, plans, and strategies.
  • Provide strategic advice and advocacy to stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
  • Manage partnerships and collaborations to drive progress and respond to issues related to environmental priorities.
  • Develop and implement data analysis, research, monitoring, and reporting to inform environmental sustainability and resilience initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal and external partners, to drive progress and respond to issues related to environmental priorities.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in urban planning, environmental science, project management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional and multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Experience in environmental or resilience data analysis, research, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and partnership management skills.
  • Experience working in local government highly desirable.
