We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Lead Group. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of new build projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, education, mixed-use, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from early concept and design management through to construction delivery and handover.
  • Work with some of the largest private developers and institutional property trusts in the country.
  • Manage a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Extensive new build experience across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Experience in a consultancy environment, preferably in a project management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
