Aged Care Excellence Lead

A high-level registered nurse (RN) is sought to fill a senior leadership position as Quality and Education Manager in Aged Care. The successful candidate will lead quality management and clinical guidance across multiple facilities from the office in Ryde.
The organisation focuses on providing an exceptional working environment for its staff, equipped with tools and resources to succeed.
- Collaborate closely with an established team of management and care staff
- Manage a team of Quality Support Coordinators
- Work collaboratively with Facility Managers for audits and training implementation
This challenging role involves leading quality management and clinical guidance across multiple aged care facilities while working from the office in Ryde.
The successful candidate will have current AHPRA registration, full Australian Working Rights, and experience in a Clinical Management role within Aged Care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management strategies to ensure excellence in aged care services
- Provide clinical guidance and support to teams of management and care staff
- Lead audits and training implementation with Facility Managers
