Clinical Compliance and Education Manager Opportunity

This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and education across our aged care residences. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in clinical practice, policy development, and staff training.

Key responsibilities include:

">

- Ensuring delivery of best practice quality clinical care and services in all our residences
- Maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures aligned with Australian legislation and training staff accordingly
- Conducting audits and gap analyses to identify areas of concern and non-compliance
- Supporting Quality Care and Support Managers and Directors of Care Services to rectify non-compliance issues
- Coaching and mentoring senior managers to improve operations and build capability
- Developing relationships with Registered Training Organisations to build new staff pipelines
- Collecting and analysing data for external reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Fostering strong relationships within the organisation and with stakeholders

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

">

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years' experience in aged care in Australia
- Expert knowledge of Australian Aged Care legislation and standards
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent work experience
- ACQA auditing experience and mentor/leadership experience in a senior management role are essential
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
