Job Title: Strategic Sales Programs Manager
">Slack's Asia Pacific (APAC) sales organization is seeking a skilled professional to drive strategic Sales Programs initiatives that shape the growth trajectory of our Enterprise Business. As a key member of the Sales Strategy & Operations team, this person will partner with senior leaders across APAC to deliver projects that enable the business to execute its highest priority initiatives.
">Responsibilities:
">- Partner with APAC sales leadership to deliver strategic projects and drive business outcomes
- Conduct in-depth analyses to develop a deep understanding of key value drivers and customer segments
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive growth and improve performance of the APAC business and sales organization
- Drive operational initiatives, including annual business planning and strategic thought partnership with APAC Sales Leadership team members
Preferred Qualifications:
">- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through change management programs
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into actionable recommendations
- Experience with enterprise software or SaaS GTM strategy preferred
- High-energy, team-first attitude with motivation to work hard in a fast-paced environment
