Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in daily interactions
  • Manage emergency situations with poise and decisiveness, finding effective solutions
  • Assist the Property Manager in coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Effectively handle a high volume of phone and email communications

The ideal candidate will be confident, empathetic, and an active listener, enthusiastic about making a positive difference.

This is a full-time position based out of our head office, offering a competitive salary range.
