We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high-quality products reach clients efficiently.
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers, driving repeat business and sales growth.
  • Pick and pack daily deliveries, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Expand product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  • Process sales paperwork efficiently, adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
  • Licensed to operate a manual vehicle.
  • Maintenance of a valid MR license or willingness to obtain.
  • A forklift license or willingness to obtain is essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 30kg repetitively, with physical stamina.
  • Proven experience in customer service, coupled with a passion for sales performance.
  • Driven to learn new products and processes, with adaptability.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, with a willingness to learn internal tools.
