Transport Network Assurance Specialist
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in transport network operations. They will work closely with teams to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration. This role requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues.
The Operational Assurance Supervisor will support the Transport Operations Centre by maintaining clear procedures and work instructions that ensure safe daily operations. They will also lead change by coaching colleagues, identifying barriers, and implementing improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and engage in difficult conversations. Critical thinking and problem-solving are crucial in this role, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A proactive approach to risk management and a commitment to safety are also essential.
