We're on the lookout for a driven professional to join our team and build meaningful relationships with drivers and operators in our transport network. Your role will be pivotal in fostering growth and partnerships that drive new connections.

  • Foster Network Growth: Develop strategies to attract and retain drivers and operators through effective relationship building, brand advocacy, and proactive engagement.
  • Pursue New Opportunities: Actively seek out direct leads, onboard new partners, and manage existing relationships to drive growth.
  • Engage with Partners: Attend industry events, conferences, and local activations to build strong partnerships and promote our brands.
  • Simplify Onboarding: Support digital onboarding processes and ensure seamless integration of new partners into our CRM system.
  • Become a Brand Ambassador: Passionately promote our 13cabs and Silver Service brands, showcasing their value and benefits to potential partners.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts and share valuable insights that drive business growth.

About You: As a motivated communicator with a passion for building lasting relationships, you bring:

  • Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or a similar partner-facing role.
  • Network Expansion: Proven ability to grow customer or partner networks, driving new opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a confident communication style that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage reporting, CRM updates, and sales pipelines efficiently, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: A can-do attitude with the resilience to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
