Job Title:

Spearheading Software Excellence

As a Chief Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of software systems.

About this role:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and guidance to software engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional results.
  • Software Development: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including product managers, QA engineers, and other technical teams, to ensure seamless communication and efficient project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
