Main Responsibilities:
  • Spearheading product delivery teams through agile methodologies.
  • Mentoring and upskilling team members to ensure they are equipped to tackle complex challenges.
  • Communicating software engineering best practices across teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Delivering features on time, ensuring customer satisfaction and expectations are met.
  • Providing second-level support for existing and new features.
  • Contributing to the hiring process, focusing on engineers who possess exceptional communication and empathy skills.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in object-oriented programming languages.
  • The ability to take charge throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of professional software engineering principles, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Proven expertise in developing service-oriented architectures.
  • Proficiency in SOLID engineering principles and object-oriented design.
