About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Corporate Support Assistant in our Brisbane CBD office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including maintaining accurate records and updating client information.
  • Make outbound calls to clients and third parties to facilitate meetings and resolve queries.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve business objectives.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Perform general administration tasks as directed by your Team Leader.

Compensation
