Store Manager Role

This is a dynamic leadership position responsible for driving sales growth, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to lead our team of Stylists and contribute to the success of our business.

  1. Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
  2. Drive store performance through strong store presentation, inventory management, and stock control.
  3. Manage roster and wages at a high level through performance-based rostering.
  4. Recruit high-calibre employees in line with the brand values and provide them with an excellent welcome, training, and induction.
  5. Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop, and influence others.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Minimum 2+ years experience as a Store Manager, preferably in fashion.
  2. Exceptional customer service and styling skills.
  3. Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business.
  4. Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business.
  5. Experience in leading, recruiting, and developing a team.
  6. The ability to drive a positive culture and one-team environment.
