Job Title:

Casual Research Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

As a key team member, you will be responsible for facilitating appointments with participants from diverse backgrounds. You will ensure effective reputation management on behalf of our clients, leading Australian organisations, by providing a high-quality experience for study participants. Your ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders is crucial to the success of this role.

  • Recruit research participants from client samples, external partners, and social media platforms.
  • Design and execute survey mail-outs and online campaigns to enhance participation rates.
  • Provide regular fieldwork updates to management and relevant stakeholders to meet project timelines.
  • Assist in compiling research findings from focus groups and interviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in outbound or inbound calling, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Friendly and mature phone manner with a strong customer service ethos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and experience in office administration.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with executives via written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to set goals, work to deadlines, and manage priorities effectively.
