At Emeritus Research, our Research Assistants work closely with the Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTC), to understand and accurately deliver the needs of our Sponsor/Clinical Research Organisations clients successfully implementing study protocols, fulfilling participant recruitment and contractual targets. We want you to help grow our business and make our vision a reality for even more people, so you will also:

• Create a positive trial experience for all participants, preparing all required trial materials ahead of time and accurately implementing study protocols
• Precisely complete data entry, ensuring trial data is finalised daily in line with GCP (or good clinical practice) and protocol compliance
• Proactively contribute to business growth by converting participant bookings to screening enrolments
• Improve efficiency and impress our clients by eliminating the need for follow-up actions requested by the CRA
• Provide weekly reports on your trial activities, participant enrolment successes and query results
• Utilise your keen eye for detail keeping site files up to date and super accurate.

We'd also like to hear about your qualifications and your skills, are you:

• Computer literate with MS suite and Outlook
• Excellent with oral and written communication skills
• someone with a tertiary qualification in Science, Life Sciences, Nursing or Pharmacy
• An Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or do you have an appropriate work visa
