Grocery Department Manager

**Job Overview**
Coles is seeking an experienced Retail Leader to take on the role of Grocery Department Manager in one of our Sydney stores. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer service.
**About the Role**
This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth
- Manage inventory, including stock ordering, receiving, and storage
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to Coles' visual merchandising and compliance standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
**What We Offer**

- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in retail
