About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed according to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate overall planning of the project, including workforce and specialized test equipment.
  • Monitor milestones and adherence to budgets, and initiate actions to minimize non-conformance costs.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers, outside contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in senior-level engagement with customers and partners to establish close and trustful relations.
  • Adhere to Siemens Energy's Project Management, Project Excellence, Business Conduct Guidelines & HSE standards.
  • Manage and coordinate all temporarily assigned project staff, as well as conduct site visits on a regular basis.
  • Project lead and driver to implementation of cross-functional teams, including solving issues, implementing risk mitigation plans, and generating up-sales and variation orders.
  • Manage FS suppliers and subcontractors during project execution, review and implement cost reduction/improvement measures, and conduct stakeholder analysis and manage efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys on all projects.
