Job Title: Project Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Design Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project designs that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver designs that meet client expectations effectively.
  • Design secondary systems for Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgear.
  • Integrate primary systems inside Outdoor Enclosures and Switchrooms.
  • Complete designs for small to medium-complexity projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Follow our customer project process to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage technical risks and report as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar Project Engineer role.
  • Proficiency in IEC & AC standards (e.g., AS2067, AS3000, AS61869.2, AS61869.3, etc.).
  • Experience in delivering quality outcomes to customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
