**Residential Support Specialist Role**

Foster a safe and vibrant community for young people by leading initiatives that respond to incidents or concerns.

This position involves managing a casework framework, supporting timely and effective responses, and providing guidance on the Student Living Community Standards.

We seek a proactive individual with superior administration skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and experience in behavioural management and community support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead student living's response to reported incidents or community concerns.
  • Work with students to understand the impact of their actions and develop strategies for restoration.
  • Effectively manage team members to ensure successful community support.
  • Evaluate incident and community concern management processes and develop enhancements.
  • Apply strong stakeholder management skills to refer students to relevant departments.
