Lifestyle Coordinator Opportunity

Our Care team is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Stockton home as a Lifestyle Coordinator.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Care Manager and wider leadership team to provide high standard lifestyle and wellness services. Key responsibilities include program development, implementing lifestyle care plans, administration of activities and events, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with genuine interest in talking to people and encouraging others to enjoy their lives to their full capacity. Experience in a similar role and Cert IV in Leisure and Health are essential qualifications.
