Heavy Rigid Driver

Key responsibilities include the safe delivery of fuel to customers within designated regions. This role requires a strong focus on safety and adherence to company protocols.

  • Loading, transportation, and delivery of fuel products to retail, commercial, agricultural, and industrial customers.
  • Pre-loading for deliveries.
  • Performing daily pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment.
  • Managing fatigue and performing log book duties.
  • Developing, growing, and maintaining good relationships with customers.
  • Ensuring compliance and safety at all times.
  • Carrying out all duties within set timeframes and following instructions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Heavy Rigid license.
  • Fuel experience is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Lowes Petroleum can assist in obtaining required licenses and certifications where possible.
  • A clean driving record and commitment to a safe work environment.
  • Dedication to achieving high standards of safety.
  • Great customer service and friendly attitude.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
