Key Role

The Director of Distribution role is a pivotal position within our organisation, responsible for driving capital raising and investor relations across our suite of funds.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute distribution strategies to increase investor engagement and secure ongoing capital commitments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, wholesale capital providers, and private wealth advisers.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on fund launches, structuring, and positioning to align with investor appetite.
  • Oversee end-to-end fundraising processes, including preparation of investor materials, presentations, and roadshows.
  • Engage with existing investors through regular reporting, updates, and engagement initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform fund strategy and product development.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience in distribution, capital raising, or investor relations within real estate funds management, private markets, or asset management.
  • A strong network of connections across institutional investors, wholesale capital, and private wealth advisers.
  • A proven track record of raising capital across multiple investor channels.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
