**Job Description:**

As a skilled Speech Pathologist, you will be part of our expanding national team, providing clinical services to participants aged 0-8. You will work with clients who have varying complexity, communication and swallowing needs, over a period of months or even years.

  • Assess and develop communication strategies for individuals with complex needs.
  • Provide interventions to improve swallowing function in children.
  • Develop Mealtime Management Plans to support clients' daily needs.
  • Conduct Augmentative and Alternative Communication Assessments to identify the most effective solutions.
  • Offer ongoing therapy to support clients' growth and development.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

You must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with SPA.
  • A car and licence.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
