Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Adoption Strategist to join our team at Microsoft. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating cloud consumption and supportability, as well as influencing upsell opportunities. You will work closely with customers to deliver an easy and connected experience, build trust through customer centricity, and improve customer satisfaction through technical intensity and actioning customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create customer value by driving cloud adoption and supportability initiatives.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building trust and improving satisfaction.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across the Customer Success Unit to drive better customer outcomes through cross-cloud solutions.
  • Lead overall Delivery Governance across the account, working in partnership with the MS Account team and customer executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Fifteen years of experience managing delivery of innovative IT solutions with measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective long-term relationships at all levels within a customer organization.
  • Broad understanding of Microsoft technologies and industry megatrends, including cloud strategies.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including experience with adoption/change management and benefits realization.
  • Solid understanding of service management and operations management.
  • Portfolio management and account planning experience.
  • Influencing skills and experience in people and process capability improvement.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Financial services industry experience, preferably in banking.
