As a debt recovery specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to recover unpaid funds.

The Role

Main Responsibilities

You will:

  • Engage with customers to understand their financial situation and negotiate payment plans;
  • Raise and issue invoices for payment in a timely manner;
  • Work closely with the collections team to identify and implement effective strategies to manage the collections process;
  • Allocate payments and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately;
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers to ensure timely payment;
  • Provide ad hoc support to the collections team to ensure office efficiency;
