Compliance Coordinator Job Overview

We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all administrative and operational activities align with company guidelines.

  • This includes managing tasks in CEVA's QHSE system, conducting regular audits, and providing essential support to maintain a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage tasks in CEVA's QHSE system, including scheduling and conducting regular audits to ensure safety compliance across the site.
  2. Manage all Quality and Total Compliance Assurance (TCA) tasks, actively supporting Business Process Excellence (BPE) initiatives, and conducting thorough audits to uphold high standards.
  3. Sustain and enhance the 5S programme, ensuring an organized, efficient, and compliant workplace through regular assessments and improvements.
  4. Deliver training sessions and assess team members against company Work Instructions and Safe Work Practices (SWPs) to ensure competency and compliance.
  5. Conduct comprehensive site inductions for new team members, contractors, and visitors, as well as manage annual renewal processes to maintain compliance.
  6. Perform regular site inspections, proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement to ensure all activities align with compliance requirements.
  7. Handle general administrative tasks, including account coordination, documentation management, and report preparation.
Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  2. Knowledge of compliance standards, quality management, and safety regulations.
  3. Experience with documentation management and report preparation.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Good planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
  6. Ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and escalate issues when necessary.
