Certification Program Manager Role

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Certification Program Manager to create and lead our global certification program – a role where you will set the benchmark for competency in software use.

This is a unique opportunity to design, implement and grow our certification framework from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing learning pathways from foundation through to advanced skills.

  • Develop comprehensive learning pathways from foundational skills to advanced expertise.
  • Collaborate with training experts, sales teams, and product specialists to create fair and credible competency standards.
  • Oversee the full certification lifecycle – from registration and testing through to issuing certifications and managing fee structures.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of the program across resellers, enterprises, universities, and industry bodies.
  • Continuously refine certification standards based on feedback, research, and industry trends.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain our certification program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement certification frameworks that meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality learning content.
  • Manage the certification process, including registration, testing, and issuance of certifications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including training providers, resellers, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and report on program metrics, including participant engagement and certification rates.
