Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Brand Designer to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our visual identity. You'll work closely with our marketing team to define our brand expression and ensure consistency across all channels. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating compelling visual assets, campaign collateral, and website design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate and refine our brand identity, distilling our unique vision and translating it into a compelling, memorable, and tangible experience.
  • Own and evolve the design, UX, and UI of our website, understanding our distinct audience goals and identifying opportunities to improve both the creative flair and user journey in collaboration with our website developer.
  • Support campaign creative development across email, organic, and paid social, with a deep understanding of how to capture audience attention on competitive channels.
  • Improve InDebted's brand identity and brand guidelines, updating core collateral and templates over time.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the InDebted marketing team, contractors, and internal stakeholders understand and use the brand consistently.
  • Collaborate with our product design team to support consistency and improve the customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the company to take design projects from concept to completion.
Requirements
  • Expert understanding of Figma.
  • 3+ years of experience from either an in-house team (particularly in tech, payments, or fintech) or a respected branding agency.
  • A strong portfolio that reflects a diverse range of projects across different media, showcasing your versatility and expertise in brand and website design.
  • Strong determination, attention to detail, and the ability to captivate audiences visually.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and art direction would be considered a significant plus.
