At Lactalis, we are seeking a results-driven Brand Portfolio Manager to join our Sanulac Australia team. As a key member of our small but dynamic team, you will report directly to our Country Manager and be responsible for managing the Sanulac product portfolio to deliver on commercial and brand objectives.

We are looking for someone who is energetic and has proven experience managing a brand or portfolio of brands to drive commercial and brand outcomes; someone that is agile and has the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.

About the Role

  • Lead market analysis, strategic planning, budget development, and HCP marketing plan preparation to achieve annual sales, profitability, and market share targets in conjunction with the Country Manager.
  • Analyse financial performance of the brand portfolio, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Develop an annual HCP marketing/portfolio plan (4Ps) to drive brand growth via HCP recommendations.
  • Execute the HCP marketing cycle plan in conjunction with Sales and Regulatory teams.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for NPD and lead the project management from concept through to execution and post-launch monitoring.
  • Provide clear, succinct briefs to agency partners to deliver strong plans to enhance our position in the HCP market.
  • Champion the brand among external and internal stakeholders.
  • Foster relationships with key HCP influencers, opinion leaders, and target customer groups.
  • Support the medical field sales team with the development of marketing materials.
  • Co-ordinate the implementation of marketing conferences/events where required to drive visibility of Alula with HCPs.
  • Work closely with HQ and global marketing teams to promote cross-boarding learnings and innovation.

About You

  • You will have a tertiary qualification in Business, preferably majoring in Marketing.
  • Results driven with a passion for winning.
  • Strong and effective communicator with experience in marketing to HCPs.
  • Strong project management skills and budget management.
  • The ability to think strategically.
  • Experience in managing the development and execution of expert/HCP connections and media.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver expert communications.
  • Excellent financial and analytical capability to analyse, measure, and track relevant KPIs.
  • Ability to build strong internal (local and global) and external stakeholder networks.
  • Ability to develop initiatives and work independently and collaboratively.
  • Have a strong understanding and demonstrable experience of the marketing mix to positively impact brand and commercial outcomes.
  • Be comfortable interpreting data and generating insights to provide actionable recommendations to improve brand performance.
