">This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Organisational Development and Culture to join our team. As a key member of the People Leadership Team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering signature leadership and operational capability programs that inspire, engage, and upskill leaders at all levels.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver strategic organisational development initiatives that align with our business strategy">
- Develop and implement effective leadership and culture programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment">
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned with our strategy and meet the needs of the business">
- Lead and manage a high-performing team through change, complexity, and pace">
- Maintain and grow traineeship, qualification, and professional development pathways to keep us at the forefront of hospitality learning">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven leadership experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Culture in large, multi-site environments.
">Strong influencing and relationship-building skills from executive leaders to the frontline are essential. You must also be able to move seamlessly between strategy and hands-on delivery.
">A creative, curious mindset with the courage to challenge the status quo is required, as well as resilience, adaptability, and comfort working at pace in an evolving environment.
