We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our learning and development efforts in Sydney. As a Site Learning Lead, you will collaborate with the Site Learning Manager to drive the implementation of standardized training programs across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations teams, support functions, and learning departments to ensure high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
- Design, manage, and implement training programs that promote consistent implementation, tracking, and recording.
- Monitor and report on learning progress at a local and network level.
- Lead a team of Training Coordinators, providing guidance and coaching for their development and performance.
- Oversee the Forklift Verification Program, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in training and operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in a related field (Business, Human Resources, etc.).
- Proven experience in employee coaching and development.
- Prior experience working with and delivering training and information to employees.
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation.
- Ability to work at pace and navigate ambiguity.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Experience developing and implementing departmental goals and strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
