Bridge Maintenance Specialist

You'll play a key role in embedding yourself in projects of different sizes, becoming part of a team that's shaping the landscape across NSW. This involves providing engineering support from the development phase all the way through to delivery completion and handover.

In this capacity, you'll be responsible for managing cost estimates, procuring and overseeing service providers, suppliers and consultants as well as monitoring and reviewing an ongoing work program.

We're looking for two suitable candidates who can effectively problem-solve and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes on task requirements.

A natural multitasker able to prioritise workloads, manage risk and deliver project outcomes is ideal. Ideally, you will have a passion for bridge maintenance and construction. Experience and an understanding of Environmental Assessments is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering bridge maintenance projects across Northeastern NSW
  • Establishing a pipeline of work for direct control bridge crews and scheduling contractor works
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks effectively
