**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Position**

Council is offering a great opportunity for a suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic individual to coordinate Council’s road maintenance teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of road, bridge, and civil asset maintenance programs. With a focus on aligning operations with Council’s strategic vision and management plan, the position plays a key role in reviewing and refining maintenance activities to drive continuous improvement.

- Qualifications in civil construction or a related field.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in the civil construction industry, with knowledge of road maintenance and repair principles.
- Proven experience in budget administration and project management experience, with knowledge of contract management and procurement.
- Demonstrated experience in and ability to manage and lead teams.

**The rewards**
- A salary range of $93,500 to $112,600 per annum (plus 12% superannuation), dependent upon experience, skills and qualifications.
