Project Engineer Role Overview

As a Project Engineer, you will be embedded in projects of different sizes and complexity, shaping the landscape across NSW with a diverse team. You will gain expertise and skills without losing work-life balance or wellbeing.

  • Develop and deliver bridge maintenance projects in Northeastern NSW with the Northern Bridges team.
  • Establish a pipeline for direct control bridge crews and schedule contractor works.
  • Provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle from development to delivery completion.
  • Manage cost estimates, procure and oversee service providers, suppliers, and consultants, and monitor ongoing work programs.
  • Travel across the region, inspecting current works while maintaining high WH&S, environmental management, and quality standards on projects.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering degree (4-year) and valid Australian motor vehicle driver's license.
  • Experience and understanding of Environmental Assessments.
