About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to provide end-to-end support and guidance to Australian Apprentices entering clean energy occupations, in line with The Busy Group's contract with B Green specialist Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS).

This role will be responsible for understanding the renewables and clean energy sectors and with industry support, marketing these new skills and occupations to apprentices, jobseekers, employers, and other stakeholders.

You will have your own company vehicle to be on the road servicing the contract with a hybrid office/field working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and guidance to Australian Apprentices entering clean energy occupations
  • Understand the renewables and clean energy sectors and market new skills and occupations to stakeholders
  • Service the contract with a hybrid office/field working arrangement
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience within a trade industry, with a strong understanding of the clean energy sector
  • Familiarity with Australian Apprenticeship programs, including apprenticeship pathways, training providers, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining business relationships with a range of stakeholders, including Unions, Industry Bodies, and Employers
  • Previous experience in business development, marketing, or promotional activities to achieve KPIs and business targets
  • Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check/Blue Card and National Police Check
