About the RoleAs a Cyber Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting Aurora Energy's systems from internal and external threats, focusing on the delivery of security controls in a hybrid cloud environment.
You will partner with other business units to ensure effective and user-friendly security controls are developed and implemented, and you will stay up to date and informed about emerging threats in an ever-changing environment.
You will proactively manage security incidents, ensure targets are met, and develop reports around cyber security assessment-based findings, including security maturity recommendations and actions.
About YouYou will be a curious and innovative individual with a strong commitment to delivering better customer outcomes.
You will have an understanding of cyber security best practices and the ability to effectively interact with and influence internal and external stakeholders.
You will also have an understanding of cloud security principles and a bachelor's degree or qualification in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience in Cyber Security.
