Electrical Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Equipment Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with electrical systems and have a strong background in troubleshooting and repair.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and analyzing problems through remote or on-site activity. They will also be required to prepare material lists needed for service activities and ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality.
Responsibilities:
- Working with customers (on-site) to identify opportunities to improve their operations and eliminate pain points.
- Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in electrical categories and products.
- Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
- Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.
Requirements:
- A relevant trade qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience with Medium and Low Voltage Drives.
- Skills in technical support, quality management, and sales practices.
- Familiarity with remote site work.
- Ability to travel frequently.
