Electrical Equipment Specialist Lead

This is a key position within our refinery team, focusing on electrical equipment performance and maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing systems to achieve optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a multidisciplinary team of electrical engineers and specialists
- Develop and implement electrical compliance and risk governance processes
- Create effective maintenance strategies for high voltage, generation, and low voltage systems
- Provide technical support to execution teams on site
- Develop plans for electrical Asset Health using defect elimination tools
- At least 15 years' experience in industrial maintenance, with 2+ years in a supervisory or senior engineer level role
- Expert knowledge of reliability and operating principles related to electrical equipment
- Budgeting and forecasting skills for the electrical department
- Proven proficiency in maintenance/work management planning areas
- Able to coach and develop team members
- Demonstrates leadership capability to deliver safety guarantees and people management
- Bachelor of Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering Degree or;
- Cert III Trade with Diploma in Relevant Electrical Technical Field or Similar
