For more than 75 years, we have been delivering high quality family and relationship support services, and we now support more than 20,000 clients every year. We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operational management of RAV teams and centres in delivering high quality services and programs in alignment with RAV's contractual obligations and strategic direction. This will involve generating and incorporating new programs and income streams into centres, as well as providing management support across centres as needed.
This role is located at Sunshine and is full-time working 5 days per week. The base salary is $136,614 per annum.
About you
- You will have relevant tertiary qualifications, such as Management and/or Psychology, Social Work, Social Science, Mediation.
- You will have highly developed general management and leadership experience.
- You will have demonstrated experience at managing and developing operational systems with the not-for-profit or community sector organisation.
- You will have highly developed and demonstrated communication (verbal and in writing) skills.
- You will have demonstrated experience managing all aspects of staff and team performance.
- Postgraduate qualifications in management are desirable.
- A good understanding of family violence services and systems is desirable.
- An understanding of counselling and/or family dispute resolution/mediation processes is desirable.
