Senior Building Surveyor Role

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with building regulations and codes. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in large commercial projects and possess strong technical and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing project documentation, liaising with clients, and providing expert recommendations to facilitate the issuance of building permits. Additionally, they will provide documentation management, ensure timely communication with authorities, and conduct site inspections.

The Senior Building Surveyor will also train and mentor junior colleagues, actively participate in performance reviews, and contribute to quality and safety systems. They will be required to maintain minimum CPD requirements and demonstrate initiative in improving processes.
