Becoming a Building Compliance Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to develop skills in building compliance, construction legislation, and the National Construction Code (BCA).

The role involves working in a highly specialized and regulated environment, with opportunities for growth into a registered Building Surveyor role.

  1. Currently studying or recently completed tertiary qualifications in Building Surveying or Construction Management is required.
  2. Prior experience with class 2-9 projects is highly desirable.
  3. A strong interest in building compliance, construction legislation, and the National Construction Code (BCA) is essential.
  4. Ability to learn and take direction from senior consultants is necessary.

This role requires strong attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively and work within project deadlines.
