We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Growth Specialist to drive the expansion of our Insurance operation.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, relationship building, and strategic thinking.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitors, trends, and customer needs.
- Manage projects from planning to execution and monitoring.
- Negotiate beneficial arrangements for the business.
- BUILD strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proven track record in sales within the insurance sector, with measurable results.
- Experience in developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth.
- A deep understanding of the market landscape and customer needs.
