Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Growth Specialist to drive the expansion of our Insurance operation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, relationship building, and strategic thinking.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitors, trends, and customer needs.
  4. Manage projects from planning to execution and monitoring.
  5. Negotiate beneficial arrangements for the business.
  6. BUILD strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
