Job Title:

Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in quality systems and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality systems that foster a culture of safety, high performance, and compliance.
  • Lead regular reviews of quality metrics, engaging specialist providers as needed, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Embed policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with relevant legislation and accreditation cycles.
  • Prepare the organization for audits, accreditations, and external inspections, maintaining strong relationships with regulators and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and review the organization's risk management framework, ensuring it aligns with legislative and company standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree and/or professional qualification in business, quality, governance, risk, or a clinical discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance requirements in aged care or community services.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality systems and standards or risk management roles, preferably in NFP or aged care environments.
  • Governance professional qualifications highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary risk management practices and relevant industry standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, communication, and direction in service provision.
  • Ability to develop policy, implement procedures, and drive compliance through organizational governance, quality, and audit management.
