Job Title: Quality Assurance LeadThis is a highly sought-after position that requires an experienced professional to oversee all QA aspects on site and lead a small team.The ideal candidate will have strong quality assurance experience in machinery or heavy machinery, preferably with mining manufacturing exposure.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small team of 4 people
  • Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and other quality-related matters
  • Work closely with the shop floor to ensure safety and compliance within the manufacturing site
Requirements:
  • Strong quality assurance background with a proven track record of maintaining QMS compliance with regulations and relevant ISO requirements
  • Experience in managing a small team and exposure to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
  • Background in manufacturing or on-the-shop-floor experience prior to moving into Quality Assurance
