Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis to understand client needs and identify solutions.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align support with business objectives.
- Manage the sales cycle from needs identification through contractual development and execution.
- Develop sales support materials that articulate our value proposition.
- Ensure engagement quality and lead post-implementation reviews.
- Contribute to project delivery using core consultancy skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated with experience in services or consulting roles and some knowledge of the payments industry.
- Skills and experience to contribute to the delivery and quality management of consulting engagements.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Additional attributes include:
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication and influencing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
