Strategic Transformation Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will lead clients through impactful decision-making, tackling strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges.

Our ideal candidate has experience managing deliverable development and workstreams on projects across various industries and problem statements. They possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include developing strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients, leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value. Additionally, you will manage working relationships with client managers, acting as a trusted and reliable partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations
  • Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to identify effective analysis structures
  • Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management
  • Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management
  • Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
  • Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
  • Relevant industry expertise
  • MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not required)
