Resource Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our healthcare division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of medical equipment for hospitals and healthcare facilities across Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of medical equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Communication Management: Manage inbound and internal communications, coordinating with field engineers and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and coordinate the ordering and management of parts and supplies required for repairs and maintenance.
- Breakdown Management: Coordinate breakdowns and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure equipment functionality.
- Customer Service: Serve as the central point of contact for clients and field engineers, facilitating appointments, managing job logs, and coordinating parts and quotes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders and field engineers.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Education: Secondary School/High School diploma required.
